yeah, it's crazy how some things are done.

in all seriousness, if you ever need a quick safety talk on ladders...

OSHA has a quick card reminding the safe way to use a ladder.

I use to be bad about climbing down a ladder facing away from it.

If its not a step, then don't put one there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
