acromioplasty surgery...........

Has anyone had this surgery done?
I had mine done in Feburary on my left arm... But I still have severe frozen shoulder. Physio says they aren`t sure how much movement I will get back....... great for my line of work
Was wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

Feb, is not long enough for it to come back. I have had this done to both shoulders. I wish I could have talked you out of it. Your shoulders will probably never be without pain.
I know this from experience. 2 ears ago and I still do not have good rotation in my shoulders. Painful surgery!!!!
I must admit, I also had fusion surgery on my neck, that is very limiting and painfull also.

I heard from my physio guy yesterday that the Docs are starting to give saline injections into the shoulder to start the movement process..... but of course they don`t do it here in Canada
The shoulder is a little painfull alright it drives me nuts using my right arm I fell like some 2 year old trying to drive a nail home with my hammer.
