new to the site. the pic looks like the installer/contractor needs to be spanked by a VERY large cane! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

That's not for sparkie.

I'd trim that out into racks in a couple three days or so.

Yep the guys who specialize in state of the art electronics for homes are use to dealing with that stuff. Example fancy home entertainment systems along with the home theatres stuff like that. Most of those wires they handle not so much the sparky. In new contruction they will usually have a room set up just for the electronics with temperature control on the room to keep the systems cool.
