CCTV experts - video to IP??

I am having trouble finding a solution.
I need to take an analogue video signal and convert it to IP, thats pretty simple. There are a ton of ip converters out there.
Problem is I need to view the ip signal through a web enabled touch panel that cannot "load" anything like active X or view anything Java enabled.

If you had to view CCTV on your web enabled phone by just typing in 192.168.XXX.XXX and not want to see all the extra Cam control stuff what would you use for the video to IP converter?
This would actually be intranet viewed and not from outside of the clients home. Touch screen is a little larger than you would find on most cell phones.

Any ideas?

TPMC-8X? Crestron has one on its way soon that will allow you to to convert composite video into an MJPEG stream. I've got one on order for my 8X.

What you are looking for is called a "one channel video server".

The best ones I have used are made by Axis. They seem to have the most configuration options, and will probably work in your situation without being able to use Active X or Java.

I get mine from ADI.
