Vancouver- Need Subs: Roofing, Siding, Foundations, Painters, And More!

Hello folks! General Contractor in the Vancouver area looking for some decent subs...

I don't currently have any subs (or any good ones, at least) for the following trades for future projects:

Concrete work- Forming and Foundations, Roofing, Siding, Painting & Faux Finishing, Wallcovering, Masonry, Flooring, something else I may be forgetting?

We've been doing most stuff ourselves, because we mostly do jobs that are not that involved. As we are moving towards doing a lot larger jobs, like medium to large additions and new construction, we aren't equipped or skilled enough to be able to efficiently tackle these jobs like pros in each field could.

Live in Kelowna but willing to work in VAN as well...
Lots of concrete framing can do electrical plumbing boarding painting.
Not a tapper or really big on manual excavating anymore.
even do a bit of blueprints.

Well I'm in Coquitlam, (25 miles east of Vancouver - 40 minutes drive on the freeway) and I do finishing carpentry - crown, trim etc.

I have been roofing since '72'
shingles, torch-on, flashings, metal roofing, EPDM, Firestone, Sonneborn, Tremco, and on and on and on
I have crew, all my own equipment, safety gear, WCB etc...
let me know what you need

I'm currently too busy to help you out "on-site"...but I always make time in the evenings for CAD work. If you need any production drawings done to make the complex...constructible, PM me. I am 4 miles south of Aldergrove and I can help you out that way.
