Utility Construction Partner Needed-San Antonio, TX

I currently own all the equipment for utility construction but my partner flaked out on me and left me high and dry in the field. Am looking for a super with or without a crew to take over the field side of the business in exchange for a share of the company. Currently own 2 backhoes, bobcat, trucks, and misc. tools, etc. Would like to keep business rather than sell off assets.
