Twin Cities Tearoff Crew Needed

I have multiple projects, all commercial, 100 square and up. Current projects are one story commercials, good access for demolition boxes next to building at multiple points. I need subcontractors with insurance, equipment, and crews for tearoff and ballast removal, on a per square basis. Steady work possible for good crews.

1) One story, 100 square, tearoff existing single layer of asphalt builtup and gravel.

2) One story, 250 square, remove ballast from existing EPDM roof (need to be careful not to gouge holes in existing roof because it will not be re-roofed for 6-8 weeks). Ballast is typical 800-1000 pounds per square.

Both jobs require the sub provide proof of insurance, demolition boxes or dump truck(s) and dumping, and that the roofs and surroundings be left reasonably clean. I need a per square price on these and similar projects to be completed between now and first heavy snow.

Please send contact information, price per square for tearoff, and price per square for ballast removal, to: commercialroofer@EPDMspecialists.com

Thanks
