Timmer Roofing, Inc. is seeking a professional Production Manager.
The Production Manager is responsible for all aspects of field production including personnel, equipment and the productivity of each crew. Other responsibilities include Customer Service Management prior to, during and after the project as necessary, manage warranty and service claims, reviewing contracts for viability, manage the production schedule and appropriately assign crews to prevent or minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Develop and maintain the Field Personnel Training Program. Monitor production personnel and subcontractors measuring their performance against established weekly work installed guidelines while maintaining quality and productivity.
Qualifications include strong management, organizational and customer service skills, a minimum of 5 years roofing experience and they must pass a background and drug test. Position offers a Salary DOE, performance bonuses, health insurance and 401K.
