Team Lead Sub Contractors Wanted, MI

I have a problem. I am a general contractor and Licensed builder who sells better than he works. Don't get me wrong here I love working and do first rate work it's just that it not profitable for me to work, sell jobs and manage a business at the same time.

So I am going to fire myself and will be accepting applications for team-leads that can meet the requirements of our offer to sub contract. You'll be a 1099 sub-contractor. This means you'll need your own tools, equipment, trucks and trailers and insurance to work with me.

Who does what :
I'll run leads, contracting with customers and order and administer the materials and projects. You'll work with me to keep the customers happy and help to keep the jobs profitable.

What kind of work are we doing now.
Kitchen, Bath Basement remodels and additions, under 1500 sg ft average

How do you get paid?
I'll set up a clear and equitable revenue sharing plan with you.

Where is the work:
The work will be in an area that keeps you and me close to home. that is Canton, Westland, Livonia, Northville, Plymouth, Farmington and Farmington Hills Michigan.

Send me a resume - listing your work experience, the kind of jobs you prefer to do and make the most money on and I will contact you to set up a meeting to sort of sniff each other and see if we have a good fit.

I pay on time, understand the nature of this business and can offer you a lot of help keeping you working instead of struggling to juggle all the stuff at once. Believe me I am tired of doing it all and will show you just how I can help you and me may more money in 2008 with less work for both of us.

Email to michaelegelton@gmail.com or fax 734 542-0820

Individual trades and Handymen may register this way, but we really are looking for well rounded experienced contractors and will contact them first.
