Subs Needed In Concord N.C. Residential

We need subs for the following trades in Concord N.C. : Roofing, drywall, painting, flooring, siding, windows and doors, cabinets. We are signing contract with group of investors to renovate 6 to 10 houses a month. Ever seen Flip this House. Well that is us. We will have 30 to 45 days per house to walk out the door. You must have verifiable experience, your own truck and tools for the job you are doing. We are a D.F.W.P. and we are sober. This is a high production situation. But we must have high quality. If you think you have what it takes e-mail me at kandeenterprise@yahoo.com. I need these positions filled by the end of next week if possible. I also need a framing crew for Greensboro and raleigh/durham area. I need 2 full-time carpet crews to start this coming week in Greensboro. I have the work for those who have the skills.

I never did post to clarify things..though I meant to. I was being facetious with the reply. I dont know what you pay your subs. When I talked to this builder he offered the price you see above, the interior AND exterior of one of these massive homes for 6K. New work is very time intensive, and I know I couldnt do it for that number. He has since called and upped his number a tad, but it still is off. Sorry if I misled you.

No this is not all I do, if you are in such need of work, maybe you need to sit back and read some more on the forum about business related issues, if you are resorting to coming online and posting in year old threads looking for work.

No offense, but this site is very valuable for construction companies and if used properly, you can be the one looking for more subs next year!
