Searching For Summer Work In Wildwood, NJ

I'm a student and i'm looking for a job this summer. My specialization is engineering and management in construction. I haven't great experience in construction domain, but hope to start this summer. I am a hard worker, I know basic painting, plumbing, home repair, lawn and yard work. Searching building and ground/lawn maintenance, handy man/maintenance help/laborer work, building and grounds cleaning and maintenance occupation... construction manager assistant. Just ask. This would be parttime and seasonal. Thanks in advance

Are they still knocking down those 50's style hotels/motels and putting up condos all over the place?

they're preserving some of the motels, but the condos still seem to be going up at a pretty good clip.
