Re: Roofing Estimator Needed

Are you from the Skokie/Niles area?

If so, do you ever run into Grumpy from Reliable American?

Ed

P.S.

Do you do storm hail chasing for your primary solicitations?
What is the base salary and commission structure.
Is ther a commision incentive break point?
Are there any health and disability insurance packages included after a probationary period?
Do you do primarily tear-offs or re-roofs or new construction?
Sloped and flat roofing primarily or are there any other offerings, such as seamless aluminum gutters, windows, mild carpentry?
How long has your company been extablished?
Is ther an added on incentive structure for acquiring there own leads vs getting the office lead flow?

Ed
