Where in Hoffman Estates is this going to be located?

I didn't notice any roofing work on the schedule, so good luck anyways.

No, it's just building out a bay in a strip center... any roof patching will have to be done by the original installer I'm sure.

I did like those downloadable plans on your site options. That seems very useful and time efficient.

Do they print out to scale?

Are you ready for prime/paint and faux finishing yet? If so, I would be happy to bid the project!

Re: Restaurant Build Out - Hoffman Estates, IL

wow... didn't realize I hadn't been around here this long... and missed one of these replies early on.

Ed - yea, all the plans I put on are usually direct made PDFs from the architects. If you have an oversize printer or plotter, you can get them full size, to scale. Well, we've had a few that are not, but that's only because the original file provided to use wasn't.

Sometimes we only get a printed set, in which case ERS Digital scans them for us. Eventually we'll probably get an inhouse oversize printer/scanner... but to be honest, our rates with ERS are damn good... and if subs call and order copies of what we post from them, they get a pretty good deal too... WAY better than going to a Kinko's or OfficeMax.

qd... just an fyi, on stuff like this, the bidding is done all ahead of time. Generally I have to present a package before getting the job. And we didn't get this one. :/
