Replacement Window Sales Needed

Are there any window installers looking to get into sales? We are looking for a full time window estimator for the Chicago area and the North / North West suburbs.

Pay is commission up to 15%, with draws to get you started.
A cell phone will be provided.
Office space is available or you can work from home.
Leads will be provided for you. (No cold calling)

We would prefer to hire someone with experience installing windows but we will also consider someone with experience selling windows who is open to learning our sales system. This is a full time position (not 1099).

Job duties include:
1) Setting and keeping your own appointments.
2) Measuring and assessing the job.
3) Providing the written estimate and asking for the sale.
4) Inspecting the job when done and picking up final payment.

Totally depends on the saleperson.

Just to let everyone know this IS a serious post or else my name and number would not be posted for the world to see.

Long term? This means at least 2-3 years preferrably more. My sales system is setup in such a way that the longer you work the more you will make due to repeat customers AND the policy of "no lead is considered dead until you see someone else installing it."

I do not want to blow smoke up the hind side of anybody, like most sales managers, but there is really great potential to make some real money.
