Re: Property Preservation

better yet what are you looking to do. Maintenence or rehab? It seems that all of the companies put new hires on hold as they are streaming along with what has been in place. But i think some realtors are looking for help. But i know most of them are hooked up with someone all ready also.

Re: Property Preservation

Hello everyone,
I am drug/alcohol free. I have been in the building trades off and on for the last (25) years. I have experience in framing, roofing, siding, and even some mechanical (except heating and air).

I have been doing some work for a "National" preservation, but at this point it is not enough to sustain my business. Would love to do more of this type of work, but after reading some of the scam reports on the net. I am leery.

I live in Kokomo which is approximately (50) north of Indy. I can be reached at baxtersbuildingnhomeservices@gmail.com.

Thanks
Jon

Sounds like the hoosiers that run that group have you really worried

First of all, they have many years more experience in the industry compared to your 8-9 months in the industry

Anyone looking at your few previous posts here @ CT can clearly see that just a short time ago, back in the middle of 09, you were posting looking for pricing info, etc.,

Second, you totally misrepresent the hoosier run group. I wonder why??? Your claim "new group only a couple of days old and only a handleful of members" is ludicrous.

Oh, and this "And why has he chose a name so close to my group??"

I guess you haven't figured it out yet that the words "Property Preservation" & "Inspections" are commonly used in the industry

Like I posted before: If you are looking for up-to-date info, looking for work, looking for subs, the place to be is:

PropertyPreservationAndInspections@yahoogroups.com

I highly recommend them
