Project Manager/Project Engineer


Location: Durham, North Carolina and Charlotte NC
Project Manager and Project Engineer
Project Managers, with 5-10 years experience, are needed for the execution of projects including technical, financial, business and administrative issues. Will be responsible for managing assigned staff and building a strong team to ensure profitability of the project and success and growth for the team members. Requires an ability to maintain and build client relations while maintaining schedules and delivering the contracted scope of work with the agreed upon budgetary constraints. Candidate must possess a P.E. Project Engineers Seeking several dynamic Civil Engineers/Designers to serve as Project Engineers. Candidates will have 5-7 years experience (PE preferred) in a civil/site development environment. Requires proficiency in design of water and sewer mains, mass grading, roadway vertical design, erosion control, and storm drainage for high profile residential and commercial projects. Must be able to carry a project through the design and permitting process independently or within a team framework.
Candidate Must Haves
  • Civil Engineering Degree.
  • PE
  • 10 to 15 years experience.
  • Experience in land/site developments.
  • Site layout, grading, storm drainage experience.
  • Proficient in AutoCad and design programs.
