Painter For 40' Gable Needed Toronto

Like heights? Feel like lugging a 60 foot ladder for an afternoon? Got a boom lift? It's a one, maybe two day job in Toronto. Scrape, prime and paint these two gables. Just the fascia on the left one. All one colour...brown. This one is more brawn than brains. Commercial property. Client is not looking for a piece of art, it's 40 feet off the ground and it's brown for chrissakes. City has given him the oder to fix the peeling paint.

Do they tell him when to brush his teeth too? The iron fist of government control of private property is getting heavy. Toronto, you say...

It's actually an Inn, so it's a commercial business. I am okay with the city imposing the order in such a case.

You need to stack some ladders, a 20', a 10' and an 8' will get you up there.

One question, why not rent a boom lift and do it yourself?

That was the plan. They said I needed more references with big suppliers, etc...I have rented lifts before, but booms are whole different league apparently.

Where in the city?
You can call me, or drop me an E-mail.
Does the client pay?
I would set up scaffolding.
Hows the wood rot?
I haven't seen a paint job yet that doesn't need lots of repairs.
Then again we don't skip things that others seem to do.

I would do it off a 40' ladder, may even put up two and run a pick off both ladders so you could dance around on. Maybe the City would go easy on owner
Chris how many hours is it to Toronto from Detroit? isn't it like 5 hours. how much does the job pay? I could use the break from Michigan and watching Court TV
Plus I could get to see the Hockey Hall of Fame, haven't been there since I was in Hockey school at Tamoshanter. I am not real sure of the spelling, I was 10 when I went there, totally best Hockey School.
