Paint And Low Pressure Wash, Dutches County, NY

I have a project in Dutches County, NY that needs an exterior washing and touch up to the paint. Much of the trim is in poor condition so the cleaning needs to be very low pressure and the some touch-ups done to hide the uglies before an event that will take place on these grounds in the first week of September.

Building is roughly 20,000 sf of walls (not a typo) We will be replacing all of the trim and siding soon after so the touch ups should be only one coat. I would consider your estimate for painting the entire building as we replace the exterior.

PM me if interested or email at whipple5000@msn.com

Thanks
