Paducah, Kentucky

I have a house that is going up about 30-45 minutes East of Paducah Kentucky. This project is apoximatley 10-12 months from breaking ground. Any and all partys interested in bidding on this project let me know. Aprox 2600 sqft, plans are still in Architects hands.

Your going to have to sleep on the right side of the bed 'cause Tom R has already called the left....good luck with that.

What is the status of your project right now? How far are you into the plannning and the phase of contractor selection????

I am interested in your framing. Send me the plans to cwc@crosswindsconstruction.com ASAP or we could arrange a meeting

Re: Paducah, Kentucky

Update: Without me knowing the Homeowner asked the architect for some GC’s in the area. She provided the HO with three and it seems he has a partial contract with a framer. But other contracts still (which means I don’t know) may be out there. I will find out more in the next 6-8 weeks and post here.

One thing is for sure, I am no longer going to do the trim work for this job, so that may (which means I don't know) be opened.

More to follow later….

We would be interested in the trim work and any landscape work that may be done. Our Landscape Nursery can save the homeowner a lot of money. Drop us a line at rickcox19@yahoo.com

Did not realize that. I do not guess it really matters though. Offer still stands for anyone who needs it. Glad we have someone that has the time to police the forum for us though.

When your not familur with the website it sure is. I guess I took it for granted that anything on the first page or two of the forum would not be so out of date. Please forgive me for my post and not taking the time to look for the date. I will try to do better I swear..
