Opprotunity For Raleigh/Durham Contractors
I'm currently looking for one or more Raleigh / Durham contractors interested in working with my company. I have a vinyl siding / window replacement company, but receive alot of leads for kitchen and bath remodeling, room additions and conversions. What we would like to do is sell the jobs ourselves then pass the job off to the you for installation. We will take between 20% - 30% of the overall job price the rest will be yours to complete the job and your profit. Percentage will be based on size of the job. We have our own product suppliers for counter tops, cabinets etc. And we will be selling the customers our products. We will also manage the customer service etc. You must be insured, and licensed for us to consider you. We receive a steady stream of leads so we will keep you busy. If this offer interest you, and you would like to talk more about it. Please email me at crankin@remodeling-guru.com or call me at 919-607-1712.
Thanks, Christopher Rankin |

That sounds a little steep if your not supplying materials.

Re: Opprotunity For Raleigh/Durham Contractors
There is plenty of profit for any contractor who knows how to manage their cost. Plus we don't low ball. We have sophisticated sales techniques, customers buy at our prices, we don't sell at theirs.

Sounds pretty decent depending on labor costs. We are licensed and insured but are pretty far away towards Greensboro/Asheboro area. What are you insurance requirements 1million or 2million?
