North Florida Contractor Looking For Work Still
I posted the following 8 months ago and have gotten a couple of leads, a couple of hits, and one jerk.
My company has been doing specialized installation work state wide for a national aluminum ramp/stair/elevated walkway/dock manufacturer for 9 years. All though it has been quite a nice niche this manufacturer has made changes to their sales pitch which excludes an installation price. This has thrown my company, which grew to accommodate the work load, into a rapid downward spiral. Here is what I have to offer. I have over 20 years experience in construction scattered across all most all trades commercial and residential. State Certified Building Contractor (Fla). Insured to the hilt. An office staff of 3. (down to 2 now) At the moment one crew of 4 men who all have Level II background screening by FBI/FDLE as required in Florida by the Jessica Lundford Act to work on school grounds. Can hire up as needed because I have tool/equipment 4 trucks and trailers for 4 crews. Retooling no prob. 1000mi range. Accounts with home improvement stores, concrete companies, rentals, gas cards, CC's for operating expenses. Anyone? |
