Needed: Tile Guy And Hardwood Floor Refinisher - Residential Rate- Havertown PA

I am doing a small remodel of my M-I-L's downstairs. I need a tile guy to install some type of natural stone tile around fireplace and front entrance. This is not a sub job, you charge whatever your residential rate is. I just need insurance cert and a few references.

Part 2: Hardwood parquet floors needed to be sanded down and refinished. Same as above.

I'll just go through the phone book if I don't hear anything. Please pm me.
