Need Lisenced G.C In Raleigh NC For New Home Construction

I have a client who is looking to build some homes in the Raleigh area this winter. I have a small home improvements company but am not a licensed g.c in N.C. So I am unable to take on any project over 30,000 dollars. However I am willing to pass this deal on to a g.c who is interested for a 10% commission. If you are interested in this opportunity please contact me A.S.A.P. My client wishes to get this project started as soon as possible.

Thanks

10% on his whole project? Or just the GC fee? Or maybe a simple referral fee? I am not interested, but I wouldn't pay that for a contact. Looks like making connections with a GC that could swing work your way may be far more valuable.
