Hey Guys,
I'm looking for someone to help remodel a 1450 sq ft basement, start to finish, in a brand new house in Leawood, Ks. Anyone available?

Re: Need Basement Remodeling Workers In KC,Mo?
Hi go dart,
Actually, I'm in the bidding stage now. I've taken measurements and am working on the drawings for the city to get the permit. Yes, I will be putting in a nice big bathroom, too. This will be a nice basement. He wants 3 more windows added into the framed walls. I already have a very good rapport with the homeowner.

damm thats a sweet job. careful, if the builder bid it their pricing is hard to beat, especially w/ new const slowing. what would interest me would be selling it under my co name and paying a comission. then depending on your level of comittment break off a piece for you. has he had other bids? did you charge for plans?

I'm looking for some people who are interested in subcontracting for me on this basement. I was wondering if you were interested in bidding on some of it.

Tell me about yourself and your business. Do you build houses new or what? Have you ever done a basement start to finish? Do you do remodeling or what? Decks, Siding??
