I'm willing to pay $30 an hour for an experienced metal framer and acoustical ceiling lead foreman with a helper, and 60/hour for a lead with 3 helpers. 50 hr weeks right now

Lets see, 30 an hour for 2 guys, and 60 for 4 guys, and I bet money your going to want to label them subcontractors. They are going to have GL and workmans comp insurance. I seriously doubt this is one of those jobs Americans want to do!!!!


If your looking for cheap illegal Mexicans, then say so. No one could run a profitable business for that money offered. I know I wouldn't leave my house for that. I can make 6 times that and not even open my front door.

No they'll be on salary and the work is guaranteed. And you're not the boss. I am. Don't like it, dont reply. I treat my guys with respect and they are professional about they're work. I don't have any complaints from the guys that work for me and I take care of them. If you can make 6 times that, godspeed my friend.
