Looking for deck and fence builder - Chicago west suburb
Here are the preliminary design details: 12x26 (approximate) free standing composite deck with a 12x12 pergola. Deck will feature a built in corner table (3x3?) and a bench about 15 ft in length. Deck will be about 3 ft off the ground with 2 sets of stairs. Must be licensed and insured. References will be requested.
There is an existing 5x8 deck that will need to be taken down.
Fence will be Cedar. 5 feet tall and approximately 220 linear feet in length with 2 doors (possibly about 1/3 less if the neighbor puts up a fence first).
Location is near Aurora IL.
