Hello my name is Rudy Tarde, I am a journeyman painter in Chicago, IL and I am a district council 14 member, my union local is 194. I am looking to join up with a good company, I have been a union member since 1978 and have done upscale residential plus fux finishes, as well as comercial work, I also have run crews and can read blueprints.
