Introductory Skills For A Crew Leader

I need a copy of this book, taking a course on it and can't afford to buy it. any help will be greatly appreciated. email me @ krostwhyuzz@yahoo.com with a copy if possible. Have a nice day

You need introductory skills all right. Try introducing yourself, what you do and where your doing before asking for hand outs
