I was just wondering if anyone in this area has been flooded with offers as we have to come to that area and do work???I am in central texas about 4 hours from there and the offers are crazy..People and businesses from as far as Washington State are coming here to get a piece of that pie..I have checked credentials on a few of the people asking for prices etc..and most are legit but i'm still leary..What do you think?

Hey, I'm in League City right now and I gotta admit I'm overrun with leads. I got 40 in 3 days. Now I'm running down and doing estimates.

I've run accross a couple of clients that refuse to work with an out of state contractor and I respect that. I spoke with my partner and normally up home I'd sell a lead to a local boy for 10% of the profit...But in this situation if someone local or heck...someone just down here looking for the work is intrested...

I've got 11 or 12 leads scattered throughout Huffman, Humble, SugarLand, HighLands, Bacliff, Guy, Missouri City, Channelview, and Pearland I'd be willing to sale for 50.00 a lead.
