Help Wanted: Office Helper In Glenview IL


We are looking to hire an office helper / administrative assistant to manage things in our small construction office located in Glenview IL. This is a part time position for someone that has good organization skills and prior small office experience.

Employee Compensation will be hourly and based on experience.

Job Duties Include:
- Work 4-6 hours per day 5 days a week.
- Data entry of invoices into quick books.
- Answering phones and returning phone messages.
- Sending and responding to email messages.
- Light typing, filing and clerical duties.

Qualifications:
- Office Experience, preferrably within a construction enviroment.
- At least a high school diploma or equivelency.
- Ability to work alone and unsupervised.
- Excellent reading and writing skills.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excell.
- Understand the principals of great customer service.
