Have a very old, large home in Millbrook, NY to look at on Tuesday. Need guys to help me blow his out! It's a three hour drive for me.

There will be only one side done in this phase (about 18 square) Some rot has taken place and there will be some repairs to do as well as new sheathing and spray foam insulation.

since no one is responding i'll bite , pay for my fuel from fl. to and from and meals , lodgeing , 300,00 $ a day if we work or not ( rain etc. ) and i'll be a ground cut man

This job just got a lot bigger! We have been ask to do the entire house. This project will go for about 6 to 8 months.

Very detailed work will be involved. I'm looking for two good Carpenters that are comfortable doing this kind of work and two helpers with good carpentry skills who are willing to learn. You will be hired full time and on the books. No sub contractors will be hired for carpentry work, period!
