What exactly are you looking for? To go into business with someone or to work under? Just curious.

I don't have anything going right now so I am open to ideas. I need to work with someone to gain some experience. I have done some renovating but never built a structure from the ground up. I guess the ideal situation would be someone who maybe is moving here to start a business and has experience and capital to get going but needs someone to qualify. I learn fast and am responsible with a good work ethic so I would bring more than just a license to the table. I have this license and I am not doing anything at all with it. I wanted to built res homes but with the market I am scared to jump out there solo. I thought about getting on with a GC as maybe a super or something, learn the ropes, go to PM, and so on. I could do this for a couple of years and then go out on my own. Like I said I am open.
