Framing Crew Going To Wildwood N.J.

Hi I am going to be relocating to south jersey. I have been framing 24 years.
In bussiness the past ten. Framed in denver and phoenix in the 80's where I learned all about production framing. Been framing in Findlay Ohio the past 15 years. Right now I have plenty of work but I think the market here is going to be slowing down. Most of my crew would go with me [they're looking at it like ok get out of dodge for a while]. I was there a month ago visiting my father
and got different answers on framing prices. Some people said $4-8$ a foot
another crew that builds for poppas const. said they got $7-14$ a foot. $4 a foot does'nt sound like enough to live in jersey being they have such a high cost of living. My NFIB rep said jersey is in the top four booming states right now. Any info on framing prices or leads would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Strat

State wide anywhere from 10 to 20 depending on location and type of framing .New construction pays better in north ,remodeling pays about the same north or south but is mostly confined to resort areas and within commuting distance of nyc or philly.
