Florida General Contractor Qualifying Agent

I'm interested in becoming a Qualifying Agent in Jacksonville, Florida. I am a Certified General Contractor, a Certified Safety Professional, and a degreed engineer. I have over 30 years of experience in Project Management for the Federal Government, so I can help in that area as well. I can also develop your safety plan, if needed.

I won't just rubber stamp construction as a Qualifying Agent. I will inspect the job sites to ensure work is being performed properly. If someone is interested, please contact me via this forum.

I am a project manager on a residential development site in Orlando area. I am also 20% owner of the project. We are looking for a liscenced contractor that we can work under. We will do the work. We will pay a fee for obtaining permits and inspecting our work. We would also pay for travel to Orlando area. Is this something you can do?
