I'll go $170.00, but you have to cut all the miters yourself

Within 3/8" plus a couple little lines 90% of the time. Sometimes when I get tired the little lines add up. If they look really bad I like to use masking tape to hide them and feather the repair out with drywall mud. Once furniture and wallhangings are in place few people ever notice. Do you inspect the work before cutting checks?

Re: Finish Capenter Needed

i know, i am going grey oover the last couple of them i had. one guy was cracking the side of my cabinets, one was cutting square slots for round hinges, one did not know that a door handle could be reverse. i do see guys working in my area who are great at their jobs and do some nice clean work, but i dont offer them jobs because i would hate for someone to come on my jobsite and try to steal my workers, but i know there are people out there that are good and looking to make money, as i said before i am willing to pay for a great job, that way we both make money.

I wish you were in Maine/NH/MA. My job is winding down and I'm ready to move onto something else. I hear your pain though. Stick with it, someone will come along. If you have a bad gut feeling about someone, trust your gut. Call the lumberyards, they might know of someone looking.

Mapquest doesn't even show a road to Celebration. How would one get there? Are you paying Orlando wages?

i-4, 417, and us192, takes you directly into celebration. i am paying celebration wages, eg. in orlando you paint a room for around $100+-, in cele the same room cost around $160+-, thats the contractor price

Re: Finish Capenter Needed

Is this a joke or do you really need a finish carpenter in celebration. I am a framing contractor in central Fl. I have a good buddy of mine who is a jam-up trim carpenter. All of his paperwork is current and he is looking for work. He doesn't have access to a computer, so that's why I am contacting you.
email more info.
