Experienced salesman needed in NJ

I need an experienced salesman to start immediately, experience selling roofing, siding and windows, i placed an ad in a few papers and cant believe the calls i am getting from knuckleheads asking me a question like " this is in home sales" does that mean i sell from my home? My ad clearly states experienced in home home improvement salesman, anyone who was experienced would know that without asking.. It drives me crazy.. Anyhow you get 10% of contract, i offer monthly bonuses based on volume, health benefits are negotiable, and a few other incidentals, all i can say is my compnay is woned by me and run by me, and i am a former grunt salesman who worked my ass off and moved up to regional sales manager and now owning my own company so needless to say i went through the ranks and know how to treat people who work hard for me very generously. enough said? I you are sincere in making a great life change email me jerseyj@opermail.com, i check that email at least once a day or you can pm me , i check in here at least every other day.

Hello:

Saw your email below and it really does make you stop and think who is out there. I would like to speak with you about the position that you mention. I have been and still am employed in the "in-home" sales world.
My current company is having some cash flow issues and its starting to get a little crazy at settlement time. Contact me directly at:
bwb08033@gmail.com
Thank you.
Brian.
