Test me! What are you paying? You may already do business with my bro-in-law Gary Engle of Engle Construction in Ft. Laud. I have degrees in fluid and hydro dynamics, spent a few years with Duke Power as a grid engineer. What are you looking for? I'm ready to make a change.

My last post for electricians you trashed saying that I wasn't paying enough, it's still in the forum if you care to check

Very curious... does online recruiting work out for you? How do you find most of your candidates? Please share. I live in an area where every qualified electrician already works for someone, and they're already making good pay.

Re: ELECTRICAL Super/ Foreman

The pay is definitely going up. The contractors around here keep luring away others employees with more $$ and bennies.

I lost my sparky about 3 mos. ago to one of the big boys. He was there about 6 weeks and a bigger boy stole him from there.

Hmmmm... an electrical foreman getting fired, when the company has to trawl the entire United States for replacements. I have to think he wasn't so good.

Ya think!?!?
Thanks for the suppory here
Cant say I recall ANY foreman getting let go within the last year at all
And yes, as MD so adequately put it, we are traveling the country in search of men who can run work, so if your story is in fact true, he was no good at all.
On a positive note, we've hired 73 men in the last 3 1/2 weeks
