Drywall Hanger Looking For Work
Is there any crews in west central Indiana needing a
hanger,I worked for independent contractors in my area for 20+ yrs been hanging since the age of 14 (now 46) I quit the business 4 yrs ago and am now trying to get back in with a crew, I went to work in a local factory thinking I would never need to do anymore hanging but a superviser and I had a disagreement over my ability do do a certain job, I did have a small crew of my own for a couple years but the guys I had working with me decided to let booze and other things ruin there lives , so that left me with no help, So that is what made me get a factory job, I have 7 brothers, 5 of them including myself were hangers, sadly two of my brothers that got all of us in the drywall business passed away, which left me to be on my own, the other two got into other businesses. We were all known around the area as some of the best hangers around Sorry about the life history but I felt it to be said in order to know my experience in the biz. |

Re: Drywall Hanger Looking For Work
I'm located in southern Indiana. But I have some connections up towards Indianapolis as well. We may be looking for a hanger just depends on how work goes. This week me and my partner will be heading down to Texas with the contractor I know out of Indianapolis. I'll still have a crew running here while where gone...Give me a call and maybe we can put ya to work!

Re: Drywall Hanger Looking For Work
I'm from the greencastle area, there are a couple guys I used do deal with, one in Moorsville , Rooks Drywall, and another who just so happens to live down the road from me about 2 miles, neither one is very busy
they have been doing small jobs (remodels) I've been out of touch for so long, can't even remeber some of the people I 've worked for and I know I'm gonna be rusty if I do go back to hanging (out of shape) By the way my name is Bruce, I used to live in Indy, Grew up there, I'll try to give you a call sometime this weekend if it's not to late, I've got to tie up some loose ends at the factory job I had (return uniforms and pickup last pay check) |
