Charlotte Custom Home Builders Needed:

We have an immediate need for an experienced Builder of "Custom Homes". The ideal candidate will have experience with "on your lot" building and a solid network of Charlotte-area subcontractors that he/she utilizes.

Schumacher Homes Builders (Building Superintendents) are responsible for managing on-your-lot Custom Homes projects on time, on budget (with minimal variance) and with high Customer Satisfaction.

These positions are strictly "full-time" (W2, employee status) in Charlotte, North Carolina. There is a generous salary and bonus program coupled with use of a company SUV and gas.
