Hello KId, I'm a framing contractor from Florida. Do you have someone lined up for the framing aspect. I have family ties in Charolette, so traveling is not an issue. I've heard that English speaking carpenters are hard to come by in your neck of the woods. I'm pretty sure that all of my licenses and insurenses along with workmans comp is valid out of state, but I will double check. The new construction housing market has really taken a nose dive here. Let me know if you need a good quality American framer.

Hi all, sorry to go off subject but i keep seeing guys asking about NC lisencing and I'm curious, is there enough work there around charlotte to keep all the transplants busy? wanted to ask some locals. just seems like a market can only take so much. thanks
