Re: Charlotte North Carolina

kid creole what up. I am down in Myrtle Beach. I clean masonry on new construction and restorations if you are subbing out the masonry cleaning. For your pools call David Deaton with Carolina Pool Plastering they do really good work. they plastered a pool for one of my partners. we also do concrete grinding, polishing, and coatings.

According the client I met with this morning, 3 weeks on the outside.

According to me, with all items speced and orders placed ahead of time, 3 months no problem.

Re: Charlotte North Carolina

Winston Salem here...Hi neighbor. Had a builder call me today ( actually it was his secretary) and wanted to know if I was interested in doing the painting on their homes. I said maybe, she ask if I have workers comp, liabilty, size of crew , etc... So I answer all her questions in a very professional manner. I then ask her what is the max per sq ft (floor space) that the builder is willing to pay? She tells me $2.00 per sq FLOOR SPACE . Now I know of this builder, he builds 30-50 homes per year rangeing from $300,000-$1 Million + And he wants a paint contractor to paint his custom homes.....3000 sq equates to $6,000 interior and exterior. Where do I sign??!!

This, ofcourse is no reflection on you Kid. Just a comment.
