Any Plumbers looking for work in Boston, MA area?

I am looking for a good plumber to work on some of my properties.
Some is new construction, some is working on apartment buildings.

If your work for another company is slow right now and want to do this on the side, i am ok with that and will work with your schedule.

I am looking for someone that is licensed, can work fast and do work that will pass inspections. You should be able to pull permits (if needs be on some projects).

$400/day, or $60/hr.

For the new construction you should know DWV, water distribution, gas fitting and do decent finish work (setting toilets, etc). I expect work to be done quickly and efficiently. I do not stand for people who talk on the phone half the day, or stand around.

For existing work, you should be trustworthy and understand a few rules that I have (i.e. no socializing with tenants, knock before entering tenants apartments).

please send an email to sadegs@gmail.com with your info. Resume's and/or a description of yourself will help.

thanks

I'd give the guy a little slack, Rifle. How many CL ads have you seen offering $60/hr.?
