You could mix n' match TimberTech Radiance Rail components -
White for posts, post caps, top/bottom rails and balusters and Cedar for the cap rail...
or
TT RadRail for posts, post caps, top/bottom rails and balusters and shaped 4x4 real Cedar or hardwood or pt (ugh) for the cap rail...

Yep. The Novaline series has a fiberglass cap that can either be painted or stained much like a fiberglass door. It's an interesting system with many options.
