Re: Timbertech Deck Pricing

i am not sure if your sq. ft. total includes the srairs & landing, if not then the price is way low. also looking at 550 sq. ft. and 195' of hand rail this must have been a very long narrow deck, sounds like an easy build even at 12' high.

Re: Timbertech Deck Pricing

I just did one that was 700 square ft and 4 feet off of the ground with Timbertech decking and Timbertech Radiance rail (much, much nicer) My total was around $24,999 and I walked away very happy, as did my customer. I did the job 100% alone and it took me 3 weeks. I think your number is a little low. ( my job was on a very busy street and has provided me with months of work, so I have been very happy.) Those timbertech rails take a little while to put together but are very attractive. If you havent put them together before I suggest a sheet of 3/4 plywood and some 36'' sawhorses to save your back while screwing the rails together. ( I did not have) Good luck!
