Question

Pvc

anyone ever uce PVC 1x for deck railing?..i did a job for this guy that wanted PVC used. looked nice and was unbelievably strong after you put it together, but was unforgiving. remember the old burger king/mcdonalds sticker ad "when it sticks it stays, so get mothers okay"..x10...any suggestions on this product use??..i have two square post (waiting for the homeowners design) that i have to finish the tops sections for.

info like....
4x8 sheets
best ways to rip to size, like tpi
rout, why is it rough?

dont get me wrong here...i love a wooden deck, but with the all composits on the market, i just want to be online with what people are lookin for and being able to work with the material.

ANYBODY that has used PVC 1x and has any suggestions????
