New Projects


scored 3 huge projects this weekend, here are some drawings of the first of the three, will post pix when finished, trex brazilia, decorators 760sq'

about 4 weeks for the top one(750sq' deck area) and about 2.5-3 weeks for the semi circular one(440sq' deck area)

Those decks look great. If you don't mind what do you charge per sq ft.? If you can even break it down that way.

Thanx Chris I really don't charge/sq' on anything but the simplest of jobs, but that deck's bottom line is $34,000 @ 760sq'

yo bro this all looks good! why are you doing crete up to beam? are your rail post painted cedar? again the quallity looks good. are you using fortress iron or deckcraporators?

1: quicker and easier than notching posts, set beams and framing flys, no bracing
2: yes painted cedar cabot problem solver primer,cabot pro.v.t oil paint

thanx Man, that thing is like having 3 employees, I got the mixer bowel for it, but it sux, so I got rid of it and made a small slide hatch on the bottom of the bucket (like on the back of dump trux) three 80# bags in the mixer, dump it in the bucket, goto hole, down the hatch
