Need Help With Azek Deck Estimate

Building a two level azek deck 700 sq ft total (350sq ft per level) with a Procell railing. All framing to be 12" on center. Need help with the estimate I live in Long Island, New York. Also has anyone built gates out of Procell railling. If no what material would you recomend to match browstone? Is there an industry standard price per sq ft?

TIA

confusing....you want the price of the materials or the labor? we can't help you with either one unless we live in your house and pay your bills and take care of your family.

12 O.C is no good 8 O.C is the way to go, absolutely no bounce, make sure you use 3.5 inch screws to hold down the azek because it tends to come loose after a while with smaller screws, and build frame with 2x12' with a span no further than 6 feet from the house

You have to carriage bolt the decking also, Azek is very flexible and needs to be properly secured. Just make sure the bolts are long enough to get the nuts on.
