Looking 4 Help

Any deck builder in philly area looking for work, I have a $130,000 (2100sq') teardown/disposal/rebuild project coming up, I figure the job should take about 1.5 months, must have tools insurance and WC if you have a helper, give me a holler

They want it complete by june, I am just getting into the design phase, I will need to get an enginneer involved, and there needs to be a huge engineered retaining wall built to stabalize a pool/deck on an abrupt hillside, I figure on starting sometime in late march or early april, 3 tier trex deck 2 tiers are over 800sq' and the upper tier is about 500sq', the existing deck is getting scrapped 3 40yd dumpsters and reusing the footings, this is one for the magazines and sales broshurs, I'D like to get another deck builder in on it with me who has insurance and possible a laborer, and do a profit share payment???

Welp, - - I was going to refer you to the 'top' deck guy in the area, - - cdac, - - but then after a little more investigation, - - I see that wouldn't have helped you much.

Good Luck, BONE SAW!!

Re: Looking 4 Help

Bonestar- If you need someone for the retaining wall part of the project i'd be glad to come down and give you a price. Most of my business is retaining walls. I'm about 2.5hrs away from philly but would have no proablem staying in a hotel for 10 days to do a big wall. If you are interested just say something and i'll private message you my phone number and we can get talking.

Rusket,
PM me your contact info and I will forward it to my client, you can deal with them directly, as this needs to be done before pool deck takes flight.
