Don't forget to include a couple grand to repair the landscaping when you tear the **** out of it driving down the side of the house and maneuvering around in the yard............

Skid loader with forks. Just did one and the tub company brought their own skid loader and put it up on a 7' deck. Took us 5 minutes to get it up and then we pushed it the final few inches to get it into place.

Give the company your weight and distance specs, they'll figure out which crane they need to use.
Crane disturbs no soil, if that's important.

I'll say this, if you go that route, know how to properly strap the tub.

This is the way I have done it several times. I make the home owners pay for the bill without a problem.
