where can i find code for handrail height on a deck?

Did ya check underneath the handrail, they usually tell you there.

Over here its 36'' high on any deck over 30'' and 42'' high on second story. J

Hey, they're not restrictive, that's just the way we build them here. You guys are just too lenient. We set the pace for the rest of the world. Wait till you want to do something outside of these guidelines.
